poor service

dirty room

the receptionist seemed like she was having a bad day and the room cleanliness was questionable—found a dead cockroach. also, after expecting some kind of special treatment, i was utterly dissapointed. for 300+ dollars per night, I thought I might get a little bit of red-carpet treatment, but nope, what a shame.

The newly refurbished waterfront view unit offered stunning estuary views and the local toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch.

The lack of privacy was noticeable, as people from neighboring units could easily see into our room.

We stayed in the Premier Suite Spa Bath Patio Water Front, and it was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and offered stunning views we couldn't get enough of. The kitchen corner was handy for snacks, and the beautiful Italian inspired bathroom added a touch of luxury. Waking up to a lovely sunrise was a wonderful way to start each day.

The outdoor patio felt a bit exposed to the neighbors.

Family-friendly getaway

Our stay was fantastic! This place had beautiful views of the water. The room was super clean and spacious, allowing us to enjoy every moment together. The big glass wall really made the view lovely! we had a wonderful stay at on the waterfront motel. the family king studio was spotless and had great facilities in the kitchenette. the stunning lake view from our room really made our experience special. we also appreciated the thoughtful amenities in the bathroom, enhancing our stay.

i wish the breakfast arrangements were more flexible.
